You are buying a Stryker Flyte Surgical Helmet (0408-600-000) with Flyte Power Cord (0408-600-300).  This is a USED item that I recently acquired from a surgery center that closed it's doors.  No one was there to tell me if this system is functional or not, and I simply am not qualified to evaluate the system.  Therefore, I am taking the safe route and listing FOR PARTS/NO RETURNS.  Item shown is the EXACT item that buyer will receive.  No other accessories are included other than the power cord. Again, there are NO RETURNS on this item.
