    Description

    Jose Ortiz handmade angora mohair roping / loop reins - 5/8", 6 strand, just over 9 foot long rope made from tightly wound strands of grey, white and black & white color angora mohair.  Replaceable hand braided rawhide connectors at bit ends included.
    The angora rope is made from the fiber of a mature Angora goat, the feel is somewhere in between kid mohair and mane hair.   There are ends that will break off, but (unlike mane hair) they are soft enough for some to ride without gloves during the break in period.  Great for trail riding!
    Please note:  Mature angora reins will only be available while supplies last, the hair is no longer available.
